"Lost trust after seeing no change"
I was really hoping this would help my dog’s skin, but i didn’t notice any improvement at all. After using it and seeing no health change whatsoever, I’m disappointed. It’s hard to trust a product again when it doesn’t do what you expected.

"Not a lot of variety"
I was hoping there’d be more flavours to choose from, but it feels like it’s the same options most of the time. I even checked back through my order emails and receipts, and it’s pretty much been the same stuff again and again. It’s not bad, I just wish there was more variety

"Good food, but delivery could be more dependable"
The food itself is perfectly fine, so no complaints there. The only issue is the delivery can be a bit hit or miss. My last order showed up two days late, though the ones before that were mostly okay. It’s not a dealbreaker, but if you’re ordering food, you kind of expect it to arrive around when it’s supposed to. A little more consistency would make a big difference

"Got the box it was packed really well..."
Got the box it was packed really well. Neat, sturdy, no crushed corners or anything weird. Opened it up expecting maybe a little mess, but nope. No split bags, no spills, everything was just sitting there clean and intact. Simple thing, but I appreciated it.

"Quality seems off lately..."
My dog used to really like this food, so I was surprised by the last bag??? It smelled kind of weird, and the pieces looked different than usual too. After eating it, he ended up with a loose stomach, so I stopped giving it to him right away!! For the price, I expected better quality...

"Nice to actually see what’s in it"
I don’t know, maybe I’m just picky about this stuff, but I really like that Fish4Dogs lists the ingredients clearly instead of using those vague labels you see everywhere. It just makes me feel better knowing what I’m giving my dog. The site was easy enough to use, info was straightforward, and so far my dog seems happy with it

"Customer service was honestly really helpful"
I had a little issue with my order, and I was totally calm about it, obviously. But to be fair, they got back to me quickly, were friendly, and fixed it without making it a whole thing. It’s always a relief when customer service is actually easy to deal with

"He’ll eat it… sometimes"
My dog seems to like this Fish4Dogs stuff on some days, but then other times he just gives it a sniff and wanders off like he’s not bothered. I don’t know if it’s the flavor or just him being fussy with it, but yeah, it’s not bad, just a bit hit or miss for us.

"Subscription makes life easy"
I’ve had the fish4dogs subscription for my spaniel for a few months now. It’s been really easy. The food arrives on time. If we still have some left, I can change the date without any hassle.
My dog loves it too. That’s the main thing. It’s a handy service. It also means I don’t forget to order more.
